Redesigned the i11Fleet user flow from 5 steps to 2, improving task completion speed and user satisfaction. Designed dashboards and interfaces for a US-based logistics platform across web and mobile — covering user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI. Also designed a website for a volunteer-driven community initiative.
